The BitRiver team consists of more than 200 people, distributed across three offices in Russia, as well as in China, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, the United States, Germany, and the UAE.

Igor Runets, founder and CEO

Founded a data center business called Servers.Global (USA) and a hosting business called Fox Lab (Russia)
Worked as an engineer, principal engineer, and project manager for an industrial engineering firm called RTSoft (Russia), implementing multiple large-scale projects for clients in energy, mining, metals, energy, oil & gas, and transportation industries.
Graduated from Ural State Technical University with Honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2009.
Completed his full-time MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2017
